preservedcucumbers: We are taught that it’s important to be respectful, yet the practice of questioning a couple’s decision to not have a family is still openly frowned upon. A woman who doesn’t want children is still considered abnormal, a childless man is thought to be selfish and immature. It is not the business of anyone but the couple (and potentially their doctors) whether they should decide to have children.
